Villa Gramaci is located in the Provençal village of Callas, just a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Fréjus - Saint Raphaël and the magnificent Verdon Gorges. This single-story villa is nestled in a verdant setting with no overlooking neighbors and boasts beautiful outdoor spaces. The villa features an open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a shaded summer terrace with a wood-fired oven, a sleeping area with four bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a fireplace and sun loungers. This villa is ideal for families, situated on the heights of the Provençal village of Callas with a view. Relaxing. On the same level, you will find a kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a separate toilet. In the sleeping area, there are 4 double bedrooms, including 1 air-conditioned master suite with a dressing room. Outside, there is an area adjoining the living room with a summer lounge, pizza oven, and water feature; a large infinity pool with a jacuzzi and sun loungers; and a separate relaxation area with garden furniture and a fireplace. There is parking available for several vehicles in a secure area with an electric gate. Guest access: We will welcome you upon your arrival. If necessary, we will facilitate your arrival with self check-in. Other remarks: You have the option to rent your bed linen and bath towels. Rental €20 per bed. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange laundry.
