Quiet, cozy, modern equipped apartment

Very nice, super clean and well-kept non-smoker basement 36m² 1 room apartment in the beautiful Aartal. Double bed 1,60x 2m, sofa bed, dining table, internet, wifi, bathroom with shower, kitchen, coffee machine, TV and stereo. Separate entrance in 1-Fam. House. Parking available. There are all utensils for cooking and eating available. Bed linen and towel service, cleaning once a week, very quiet and easy to reach. Restaurants, shopping, doctors, pharmacy, banks in place. Further service on request. Garden can be shared. 1-2 persons. For rentals longer than 8 days, we grant special rates. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
