Convenient for us as we had access to the lake from a nearby cabin Good location if you are using spirit lake Easy to get around I would only ask that the refrigerator be empty since space is somewhat limited Would stay there again
“We had such a wonderful time staying at this cabin with both friends and family! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful and the location was perfect for spending quality time together—whether it was cooking meals, sitting by the fire, or enjoying the outdoors, or going to the newrby theme park SilverWood. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we made so many great memories here. We would definitely love to come back again!”
We (my wife, 2 kids, brother, and a couple other friends) really enjoyed our stay here. The place was as advertised - it was clean, cozy, and had a beautiful deck for the evenings. The location was great, we were there to explore the Silverwood Theme park, which we did all week... and it was only about 10 mins away. If this place had AC I think we'd be giving a 5 star review, as that's about the only thing I can think of that would improve our stay...! The bedrooms were very, very warm at night, and although the basement was nice and cool, the futons/couches were a little small for an adult to sleep on. But, a great time, we were very happy with this place, and would come again!!!

Nice enough cabin for a couple
There were 3 dead mice downstairs that had obviously been there for awhile, as the carpet was stained where tge mice were laying. My kids refused to sleep down there understandably so. It was cold and dirty. It definitely could not sleep 10 like it advertised. My husband had to sleep in the truck and the kids on the floor upstairs. My sister and nieces ended up having to get a hotel the 2nd night. Also, it is NOT 7 minutes from Silverwood...20+ minutes...

I am so sorry to hear this! I have had cabin serviced immediately + consistent check ups to ensure that this never happens again. I can assure you that the cabin is cleaned very thoroughly between each stay and contact information is provided before and during your stay for any emergencies for you to contact me and I would have been happy to take care of this issue in order for you to enjoy your stay! The 2 bed and 1 bath cabin comfortably fits 4 in the bedrooms, +2 more on the couch/pull out bed & can be extended up to 10 including the basement with the addition of 4 small fold out beds. Without the comfortable use of the basement I can understand your dissatisfaction and would have loved to help resolved this issue during your stay, I apologize again and hope you will give us another try in the future!
This cabin is in a beautiful location and the wedding venue would be very lovely. The outdoor grotto area is natural and treed.
There were 5 of us and the upstairs bedrooms were comfortable and the main living area functional.
The kitchen was well stocked, but just 2 small dorm style refrigerators.
The deck off the kitchen is relaxing and well furnished.
The “man cave “was where my 3 teen grandchildren slept. They were hesitant as it was very rustic and musty. Not too inviting but we did okay.
That was the only disappointment in the property and perhaps I misread the description.
Jessica was very prompt in answering our questions.

The host was very nice and very responsive. At the time of our stay, it was advertised with a fire pit and a grill. When we reached out to the host about where to get firewood we were told that fires were not allowed (this was remedied). We asked about propane since the grill tank was emptied and we were told where we could go get it filled (which seemed inappropriate) and later advised that neither of the grills were in working order (she offered to reimburse for our food that was for grilling or to bring a new grill the next day of our two night stay). These two minor issues aside (as noted she was very responsive and kind), it was the dead bugs for me. The basement floor had dead bugs all over it. No big deal right? It’s the a cabin in the woods. Fair enough. But when I opened my bed to go to sleep after a long day, and found a dead bug in the sheets, and dead long enough that its legs had fallen off, it gave worry of when the sheets might have last been changed or washed. Also, there are only two very small hotel size fridge’s, plus a wine fridge. The wine fridge smelled so bad it was not usable. I suspect this is an issue with the cleaning service and not the host themselves. But it is a beautiful location!
Me and my four teenage kids took a trip to Northern Idaho to visit the Silverwood theme park. This cabin is located pretty close to it and it was quiet with starry skies. My daughter and I spent a good amount of time on the back deck just visiting each other and enjoying the peace.
With a bbq and smoker on the deck, one could have nice meals.
Plenty of seating.
The lower yard is prepared for events. Primarily for weddings.
The local town is cute and there’s the Lake near by for water activities.
A great place to visit and we didn’t want to leave. It doesn’t have Wifi but that’s not really a bad thing. :)
Thanks again.
