The house was fantastic! It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, towels and everything we needed for cooking. The game area was great for the kids! The fire pit and backyard area was great for our family as well. The host is VERY quick to respond to any questions. Shopping was super close for groceries and the house is on a great central location for sight seeing.

Great location!

This was the perfect spot for our family while visiting Denver and the surrounding areas. We had everything we needed and the house amenities provided lots of entertainment during our down time. We would definitely book again.

Great Stay for New Years!

Great Stay!

Stayed here for a guys weekend. Had a great time! House is in great location and as advertised. The group had fun on nearby Tennyson street as well as the garage game room and pool table downstairs. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family

We used this location as central location to visit sites in Colorado. The location was perfect, we would travel east, north and west by just hopping on the interstate with in minutes. It was a great place to come home to. With two living areas upstairs and downstairs, our 2 families had space to separate, but also it was large enough to all be in the same location. Loved the additional seating outside, and the games in the garage. it was a great set up for our family! Communication with the owner was perfect. No surprises. We would definetly stay here again!

Such a great house for a lot of people! So much to do and great location! Having multiple king beds was a huge plus for us. The garage game room, huge open basement, and hot tub were incredible for the kids. Great communication and accommodations. Would definitely stay again!
