About this property

comfortable and spacious guest apartment in the countryside

In our newly furnished and comfortable basement apartment (74m ²) with hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and extra chamber you too with max. 4 people feel good quickly. You live in the spacious living room with 55 inch TV, separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, chamber and hallway. Additional beds are possible.
The apartment has its own access and parking space for a car on the property. You park your car directly at the apartment on the property and thus you have direct access to the beautiful city forest for great walks. It is about 5 minutes by car. to the city center.
However, we are happy to provide our somewhat "old-fashioned" bicycles for this purpose or to "get bread", then it only takes about 15 minutes to the city.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
