Beautiful, spacious and very clean home.

We enjoyed our week long stay with our family. We had 11 people and there was more than enough space for us. The Coastal Club pool was a huge hit for the kids. Great vacation!

The home was well acquainted and the clubhouse amenities were great, though some of the extra costs were a bit much.

Somewhat disappointed.

Overall this unit was very nice as is the Coastal Club community but we had a few issues. When we booked this unit through VRBO it was listed as having 2 king size beds & 2 queens. We arrived to find that 1 of the king beds was only a full bed. We booked this unit specifically because it had 2 king beds so it was very disappointing to have to put a couple in a full size bed which is way too small for 2 people. We also found a lot of mold & mildew in both the master bath shower & the kitchen sink. They obviously hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. And lastly, on the evening of the first day we discovered we had no hot water. The property manager offered to send someone out the next day. In the end we did some online research about tankless water heaters and were able to reset it ourselves. Incidentally, I mentioned the king bed situation in my text to him but he never responded to that. I've emailed the host about these issues a couple of times since we returned home but unfortunately he hasn't responded. If you're going to rent this property be aware that you might not be getting the bedding that's listed and check for cleanliness & hot water upon arrival so you can at least try to get those issues resolved before you settle in.
