I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Sunset is a loved family street, with an Elementary School located right in the middle of the stretch. You'll often find free roaming chickens in the front yard, and enjoy quiet nights on the patio.

This home is a smaller unit connected to a front house. The home and yard are private, and you’ll have no shared spaces or interactions with the front house tenants.

Quick Chico weekend

Our 2nd stay was just as comfortable as our 1st. We will definitely return. Our two boys call Chico home and it's a great place to visit. We love having a place to stay that close to them and is dog friendly.

Love this place!

This was such a great place to stay while in town for business. I bring my apartment dwelling dogs with me when I travel and they loved the freedom of having a yard. Everything is well thought out and clean. It’s very private and quiet, which I really enjoyed. Next time I’m in Chico this is where I’ll be staying.

Our stay was only one night as our half way stop and I chose this place for the hot tub. Although the place is connected to the main house it is actually very private. We enjoyed our one night there and actually would love to come back.

And the hot tub was a huge plus! This is a fantastic spot to stay for an overnight, long weekend, etc. it's clean and well kept. The backyard and hot tub + outdoor shower are all amazing. We were so comfortable staying here and it was perfect for what we needed. Whenever I'm in Chico again, I would absolutely stay here again. 15/10 recommend!!!

Hi there. Overall, the stay was great. Just noticed a few things left behind maybe from the previous renters. Specifically in the bathroom (toilet still slightly dirty) and clothing left in the back area near spa n back toilet area. Just a sidenote it was a little tough to get good Rest with the ongoing rattling from the back mini split unit in the master bedroom. The spa was great thank you so much!!!’

Cute little house annex

Nice place for a short visit. Excellent yard for a dog. Comfy bed, wonderful bathtub, small but functional kitchen, great heating/cooling, love the electric car plug in, perfect parking, and great neighborhood. Property managers are excellent. Things for the owner to consider are noise from washer and dryer and smell. I think you had some smokers stay and the smell really lingers.

Studio on Sunset

Perfectly private and spacious enough for absolutely no more than 3 people. Large fenced backyard, dedicated to the studio, made our dog so happy to have space to roam. Endless storage in bedroom cabinets meant no need for a dresser. It was a perfect stay. More kitchenette counter space would make it even more perfect. Beautifully remodeled - well done!

System flaw.

The day before I arrived ,I received an email giving me the code and specifics fir check in, I opened it, briefly read it over, and closed out of the email thinking I would be able to open it later when I needed it. But when I went back to the email it would not open. I understand that it I could have done a lot of different things to save the info, but I had no idea, I couldn’t open the email again. Company should fix this issue. I had to wake up the owner from a dead sleep. I should of been told that the info would go away after I oiebed the e NBC sim.
