Endroit sympa avec jardin et piscine commune bien entretenu dans un endroit calme proche des accès plage restaurant etc. Grand appartement avec une terrasse qui donne une très belle vue sur le lac.Par contre pas mal de chose qu'il faudrait améliorer pour avoir une expérience de vacance idéal :1 seul lave linge pour 2 bâtiments c'est trop peu surtout si on reste plus de 3 jours sur place avec des enfants.Grand appartement oui mais par exemple une salle de bain géante avec aucun meuble pour poser quelque chose. Des placard géant dans les chambre mais avec aucun tiroir pour mettre les vêtements.Une cuisine avec plaque vitro, frigo et évier mais des ustensiles de cuisine dérisoire. 1 casserole de dinette et une géante. Une belle terrasse mais 2 vieilles planches qui font office de table.Bref avec un investissement minimum du propriétaire ça pourrait être beaucoup mieux. J'ai fait une location 1 semaine avant dans une autre location et un équipement de qualité fait vraiment la différence au quotidien.C'était tout de même une très belle semaine qu'on a passé sur place donc 4 étoiles.

Außergewöhnlich toller Ausblick

Wir waren das erste Mal am Laggo Maggiore. Die Villa Anna liegt am Hang, rund 1,7 km und 100 Höhenmeter vom Zentrum von Baveno entfernt. Parkplätze sind genug am Objekt vorhanden. Wir hatten die Wohnung 13 (oben links) gemietet. Es ist eine schöne, große Wohnung. Vom Balkon hat man eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf den See, die Inseln und die umliegenden Berge. Die Wohnung ist funktionell, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Wir wussten von anderen Bewertungen, dass man sich Küchenutensilien mitbringen muss, da die Küche sehr spartanisch ausgestattet ist. Geschirr ist recht knapp vorhanden, besonders, wenn man dort mit 4 Personen anreisen würde. Richtige Bettdecken waren leider nicht vorhanden und einen Handtuchtausch nach einer Woche hätten wir uns schon gewünscht. Aber insgesamt ist die Villa Anna ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Objekt in 1a Lage!!! Weiterempfehlung!!
