It is a sunny, central and quiet location close to the Giona park. Shops for daily needs as well as restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. are within walking distance. On the beautiful lakeside promenade you can walk to Luino on foot. There are also good rail, bus and ship connections from Maccagno. In about 500 m you arrive at the mooring for ships, which regularly run on the lake and transport you almost everywhere. The well-equipped apartments have a welcoming outdoor area consisting of 2 balconies or 2 terraces and a sunbathing area of ​​approx. 300 m², where you can enjoy meals and sea views, as well as relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
