Let yourself be enchanted by Monschau. They sleep and live in a cloth-making house over three hundred years old in the heart of Monschau. The Rur flows past directly behind our house; When the window is open you can hear the water rushing and have a wonderful view over the Rur landscape to the Red House.
On cool days, the stove provides cozy warmth. You can walk to shops, restaurants and parking lots.
The apartment has a double bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed (160x200) in the living room. The apartment is modern and has a new bathroom with shower. The tourist information office is just a few houses away and will be happy to inform you about all events and leisure options. We will be happy to provide you with a parking sticker free of charge for the duration of your stay. We are happy to welcome you. The Koch family

Von Beginn an lief ab der Buchung alles super ab! Wir sind herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen worden. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen (Kurz-) Urlaub braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich phänomenal und großzügig: von diversen Kaffeemaschinen in der Küche, bis hin zur kompletten Badezimmer Ausstattung, mit Duschgel und Wattepads.Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wirklich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt!Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Lage ist 1a: Mitten im Stadtzentrum und an der Rur gelegen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein echter Glücksgriff. Die Lage ist großartig – idyllisch gelegen zwischen der Rur und der charmanten Altstadt. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt.Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgedehnten, wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herzlichen Kontakt zu Uta und Dietmar. Monschauer Schmuckstück

Wir haben vor zwei Jahren bereits ein paar Tage in diesem Apartment verbringen dürfen und haben uns beim zweiten Mal noch mehr auf Monschau gefreut weil wir wussten welch tolle Unterkunft uns erwartet. Wir haben uns wieder extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, alles was für den alltäglichen Gebrauch nötig ist war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos.

Wieder einmal sehr schön

Wir waren schon mehrfach in dieser schönen Wohnung! Man kommt an und ist sofort zu Hause. Alles sehr gemütlich, toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben oft selbst gekocht. Die Rezepte in den vorhandenen Kochbüchern waren toll. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!!!
