Our guest cabin is set on 20 wooded acres in the Osage Hills at the end of a private gravel road. It feels completely isolated, but it's only 10 minutes to downtown Bartlesville, 20 minutes to Pioneer Woman's Merc, and an hour to Tulsa. There is a full kitchen, living area, and full bath on the ground floor, with a queen and twin bed on the 2nd floor. There is no TV to interfere with the quiet, although WiFi keeps you connected. We live in the main house and are always available if needed. The cabin is adjacent to the main house but seems very secluded. The front porch and 2nd-floor deck look out on the woods, and the back side is separated from the main house by trees. While walking in the woods, you may scare up a deer or two, or perhaps a few turkeys with their young following behind. The area is known for its bird-watching, so grab the binoculars and bird book (provided in the cabin) on your walk and see what you can find.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable and had lots of interesting things to see, like a mini museum. The host had a write-up about the interesting items. The hosts were excellent. Visiting with them and hearing theirs stories was refreshing. Eating at their restaurant Crossing 2 was a fun experience also. The drive from The Cabin in The Woods to the city of Bartlesville was quick and easy.We would visit again.
Friendly host, charming and clean cabin. We had a wedding reception on a weekend of a huge car show so nothing was available, but someone cancelled this place due to life happenings, and we were very happy to find an affordable place to lay our heads down at night. This is definitely the type of rental when you want to be away from the world, see the stars, but also be within 10 minutes of restaurants. Peaceful, no tvs, limited internet, gravel roads, and crossing cattle guards to get there. We didn't time to really relax and enjoy anything, but at this price, if you want to truly get away, this is where to come.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cabin was so quaint and comfy. Loved the privacy. Would have stayed longer if we could have. Would definitely love to come back sometime.
Only complaint was the roads to the cabin were all country roads other than that the stay was great

Don and Sharon were very accommodating to our stay and check in time, I'll plan on staying here for future trips. The air conditioning/heater worked great, good water pressure, and lighting. Very neat antique items around the cabin, felt just like another trip to grandmas house.
The property was nice and comfortable. My stay was for almost one-month, so I was look for something that was also budget friendly. All points meet expectations.Given this was in the height of summer the temps and humidity were both on the high side. The central A/C completely shut down one day. However, the friendly property owners resolved the issue the same day. Actually within a couple of hours.

This cabin was a perfect stay for our weekend getaway while we were treasure hunting! We pulled an enclosed trailer with us and Don and Sharon were very accommodating and helpful with parking. They are wonderful hosts. We will definitely stay again!
Everything was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay at this charming cabin! The surroundings are peaceful and the night sky was phenomenal. The hosts of this cozy inviting cabin are incredibly helpful and we really appreciated that.

Don and Sharon were terrific hosts. The cabin was very safe and comfortable. We loved that even though it was far enough away from city lights to have a stunning view of the night sky, it is
still very close to both Bartlesville and Pawhuska.
comfortable and
Very nice cabin as advertised. Everything was very clean and organized. All was quiet and peaceful. I won’t hesitate reserving it again. The hosts Sharon & Don were nice, accommodating, and helpful.
Our family loved this cabin. It was clean and homey. The fire pit was fun to roast marshmallows. We loved grilling outside and walking the grounds to see the cute farm animals. Wonderful stay! :-)
My husband and myself enjoyed our four day stay. It’s a very quiet and secluded surprise as close to town as it is, and we enjoyed the peace and serenity. We will be coming back sometime.
We loved the cabin in the woods.
We loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings. The cabin was decorated perfectly, you felt like you walked into a museum.
The host was great.
They had goats and a pig.
Highly recommend the cabin in the woods!
