House comprising an open-plan kitchen/living room, Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (bring a fitted sheet with a deep pocket and an additional mattress topper), Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2: please note that the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6) + 1 single bed, shower room, toilet, storage room, garage used for garden furniture storage. Gas stove, refrigerator + small freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, deck chairs, garden furniture, built-in barbecue, clothesline, electric awning, terrace. Enclosed garden. Small pets allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. Additional services available on request and subject to availability: bed linen and towels rental, Wi-Fi box rental (€40 per week), end-of-stay cleaning (€90), baby equipment rental.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.
