Island Breeze (Villa D3) is a 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3.5 home in Cozumel's exclusive and family friendly beachfront community, Costa del Sol. It is the perfect retreat for families and friends to escape the daily grind and dive into the extraordinary! Cozumel has no shortage of adventures and ways to relax and just enjoy the island's amazing views, food, activities, music, and people.

The house features a comfortable living space on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor has a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted to a king and another bedroom with 2 queen beds. The 3rd floor has a king bed and full bath with a terrace overlooking the Caribbean and lush jungle. It's a gem of a property nestled in this beachfront community.

Guests of the community enjoy 24 hour security, a heated Infinity pool, private beach and a private pier. Your Cozumel Vacations will provide you housekeeping, shopping service and chef service. You'll have a concierge available to you throughout your stay. We also offer rental cars through own small rental car company, Quatro Amigos.

Always a great time!

Our family loves Costa del Sol! We've stayed in the complex multiple times and it's always the best! This unit was comfortable and fit our extended family well. Having the pool and the dock available for scuba pick up makes it fun and easy for everyone. Convenient location is quiet but close to town for restaurants and shopping. We'll be back!

Perfect house

This is a beautiful beach house. No surprises, everything worked and we all had a good time. Convenient boat pick up on site. Outside private shower to rinse gear. The on site manager couldn’t have been nicer. Oh and the massages. Available were enjoyed by all.

Beautiful property

Great location! Beautiful snorkeling right from the beach - a number of smaller coral formations, many fish (a huge school of some silver sides), a stingray, baracudas, and lobsters. The top floor patio was awesome for playing games in the evening. Mayra and Rodrigo are very friendly. Mayra suggested Alex SCUBA, who was great. The boat picked us up right from the dock! We really liked that they had a shower and fresh water rinsing tank at the beach, and another shower outside every unit. The unit itself is clean, beautiful, and spacious, and very comfortable!
