Don't forget to bring the provided sleds on your snowy adventures! This home's location will situate you a one-mile drive from Echo Lake's beach access, which is perfect for swimming and heading out with the two kayaks guests may use.
Discover a game room on the lower level, which has been appointed with a Ping-Pong table, a comfortable seating area with a smart TV, and a coffee table. The latter is perfect for setting up board games to play together, while the PlayStation 3 is available if you'd rather your friendly competitions be virtual. The included mini-fridge will certainly make this a popular hangout spot for the kids, though the yard and included outdoor games may entice them to go outside instead!

If you choose to bring a dog, note there is wildlife in the area and it's ideal to keep dogs indoors or monitored on a leash. Please pick up dog waste. Dogs should not be allowed on furniture or in beds.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Two outdoor cameras are located on the barn garage facing the driveway and back of the house.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
