This cosy holiday home in the west of Vodice offers three apartments on the first floor, each with a separate entrance. The property is located just 200 metres from the gravel beach and 800 metres from the town centre. A supermarket is located 100 metres away, and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. The outdoor area is fully enclosed and features a well-maintained garden, a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and free parking. Bicycles are available to guests, and a boat can be rented upon request.

The apartment for 4 people offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, living room with satellite TV and WiFi, as well as a balcony with sea view. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request. The apartment has air conditioning and separate access.
