About this property

NE Houston, Whole House, 3 bed 2 bath, 15 min from IAH Airport

This cozy home is pet friendly, family friendly, 15 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental airport, less than a mile from Wal-Mart, in a cute HOA protected community. The kitchen is equipped and ready, no need to eat out every night. Two full beds and twin bunk beds, open and spacious living area. Keurig, washer and dryer, large backyard, grill and space to relax out doors. If you can't be in your own home, this is the next best thing. No parties or events allowed.

The space
Our home is setup to *comfortably* house six people - not to squeeze them into every available inch. Beds for six people, living room seating (and throw blankets!!) for six, dining room seating for six, outdoor seating for six. The entire, full sized refrigerator is available for your use. The sink has a separate spigot for filtered water. We have dishes and silverware for both adults and children, plus some outdoor dishes if you want to use the grill, cooking supplies, baking supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher (or dishsoap and a drying rack if that's easier). There is a TV in the kitchen with both an antennae connection and a Firestick. The living room has a Roku smart TV, both smaller bedrooms have Roku smart TVs and the master bedroom has a TV and Roku.

Guest access
We've got a coded lock on the front, and you should have your personal code emailed to you the day before check-in. Please contact us right away if you don't have a code the day of check-in.

We have a private driveway, and there is some street parking available if necessary. Please be considerate of neighbors when parking in the street. Unfortunately, the garage is currently unavailable for guests.

Other things to note
The one indoor security camera (in the living room) is disconnected, and physically blocked by a sign.

Cozy stay in a great location

We really enjoyed staying in this house! It was clean, comfortable, and in a nice neighborhood only a few minutes away from my family that lives in the area. We were in town for a family event and really appreciated all the thoughtful touches like waters and snacks after traveling. The layout of the house was perfect for my family and really enjoyed the backyard. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to stay here again!

Little home with big amenities

Perfect home close to airport. Lovely space for 4 adults. With another bedroom for 2 more. Kitchen was well stocked, awesome communication with owner, easy check in and check out.

Nice quiet neighborhood.

We stayed for 3 weeks this home was perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed the quite back yard and often took family walks to the neighborhood park with our dog.

Exactly as described!!

This house was exactly as described and set up super cute! Not to mention it was fully stocked of anything you might need or have forgotten on your trip. Plenty of blankets available for lounging on the couch & they really thought of everything with the ear plugs available in each room. Definitely recommend!

Several thoughtful amenities. After a long drive the water and chips were very appreciated. Able to cook meals at the house without having to shop for staples like aluminum foil, cooking oil , etc. Backyard was awesome. We will be visiting family in the area multiple times a year and will stay again.

Work Home away from home

I stayed at this property for approximately 3 weeks for a work trip. The work was hard, but the house was wonderful! I felt like I was home, only better. The little extras made it all feel like I was special. Working with the host was perfect and they accommodated all of my requests. I hope to get to stay here again in the future. I felt safe in the neighborhood and really the entire stay was perfect.

Great value, only drawbacks were the people who had prepared the property left bags of trash in front of the garage. The only other hitch was we could not get the bedroom tv to function. Overall we would stay there again.

Very Good

This house was great. It was a very comfortable set up for our family of 4. I really appreciated the extra snacks and bottled water. We really enjoyed the Keurig coffee and the super fluffy towels. The house needs some extra cleaning. The ceiling fans and vents are super dusty. The kitchen cabinets need a scrub, and the stove was quite greasy.

Convenient and thoughtful

House was very clean , and comfy . There were a lot of thoughtful little details such as a fridge full of bottled waters and plenty of little snacks . It was nicely decorated . Air conditioner was great . The neighborhood was very quiet . My wife is an extremely light sleeper and said the only thing that woke her up was my snoring . The teenagers slept in the bunk beds and my brother-in-law in the room adjacent to them . They said it was very quiet in their area as well . We did have to keep the house colder to keep their side cooler . My BIL lives in New York and he felt the A/c was fine once we adjusted the A/c. We thought we had an issues with the shower, and the property manager showed up in less than 10 min ( turns out we just didn’t figure out something correctly ) to address it .The master bed is probably one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in . My wife didn’t feel me moving around which she usually complains about . Plenty of trash cans. The yard would have been great had we actually brought our dogs . It was nice and spacious . Would definitely stay here again .

Life Made Easy!!

Our family of four stayed here a month while waiting to find our permanent home. This rental was extremely comfortable and fully stocked with snacks, great cookware, keurig, toiletries and bedding. All rooms had a Roku TV and walk-in closets. A desk is set up in the living area that made is easy to work remotely. Internet worked great! There were lots of extra toys and bedding available if you’re traveling with an infant or pets. I highly recommend this home for any length of stay. The neighborhood is kept up nicely and it’s close to shopping and things to do with your family!

Beautiful home/Great location/Perfect stay

Drove across Texas with 2 kids and two dogs heading for the coast. Stayed overnight at Jon and Ann’s house and everything was perfect! No need to travel for snacks and water, large back yard and clean, spacious, comfortable home. The house had cold AC and bedrooms were comfy, soft and inviting. Great place to relax and visit nearby sites. We’ll definitely be back!
