About this property

Family home in Pleumeur-Bodou in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast

Come and enjoy with family or friends our house located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast.
The setting is bucolic and the environment is calm and relaxing.
The house is located less than 10 minutes from Lannion as well as Trébeurden, Perros Guirrec, Trégastel and their magnificent beaches. The GR34A passes close to the house in order to join the GR34.
You will enjoy the beaches, the coastal paths and the unspoilt nature. Whether you are a fan of hiking or cultural discoveries, everything is conducive to a pleasant and memorable stay.
We welcome you to an accommodation of about 110 m² on a plot of 1700 m².
You will enjoy a pleasant garden and a terrace facing south/west, perfect for relaxing after a day of walks or beach. (garden table, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, outdoor games)
The kitchen is fully equipped to meet your needs (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo...)
The house has a living room and a magnificent veranda.
You will enjoy a bedroom on the first floor with a 160*200 bed, separate toilets and a bathroom with toilet with access to the terrace.
Upstairs, 3 other bedrooms are present, two with 140*190 beds and one with two 90*190 beds. Also a bathroom and separate toilets.

We can provide you with sheets and towels at a rate of 10 Euros per person.

Baby equipment provided on request free of charge (high chair, travel cot, mattress)
Wifi internet access available.

NO SMOKING and PETS NOT ALLOWED PGJyPg
Cleaning is at your own expense. Possibility of a flat rate of 80 Euros.

Out of respect for our neighbours and for the place, we do not accept the organisation of parties.

Private parking access to park several cars.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this gite, with excellent communications and a warm welcome from Etienne. The garden was especially notable for its peace and calm. We had plenty of space and felt at home here, thank-you.

La maison est très agréable. Il y a une verrière qui donne sur le jardin dans laquelle on a plaisir à lire. Le gîte est très propre et très bien équipé. Il est à la campagne, situé près du radôme de Pleumeur Bodou dont la visite est passionnante. La description du gîte est conforme à la réalité. Je conseille cet hébergement si vous aimez le calme, la proximité de la mer, les randonnées etc...
