Complex does NOT have an elevator Although this unit is pet friendly there are some strict HOA policy on breed & size- please READ the pet policy before booking- this is strictly enforced. NO PETS OVER 35LB NO EXCEPTIONS (no cats/puppies). Need more room- 3 other units available in complex! A Sweet Spot, A Sweet Getaway, A Sweet Stopover.
