Your Corfu holiday house "THEA" is situated in the middle of a beautifully landscaped garden, surrounded by a natural stone wall, above an olive grove and vineyard. From here you can see the entire north coast of Sidari in the west to the lake of Agios Spiridon in the east and beyond. In the distance lie the Albanian mountains. The climate up here is very balanced. In the summer not so hot, in the winter less humid. The two-storey approx. 60sqm house has been lovingly renovated by the Greek-German owners and offers every conceivable comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is air conditioning (extra charge), as well as mosquito windows. On the ground floor is the open kitchen with adjoining living room and dining area. The staircase offers storage space for supplies and space for your suitcases. On the upper floor are the spacious bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe as well as a bright and very spacious bathroom. From the hallway you have access to the veranda with sea view. Your Corfu holiday house with sea view is located on the edge of the small mountain village of Episkepsi, approx. 4 km above the north coast of Corfu near Acharavi. The village itself offers two small tavernas and a minimarket. In the village itself, there are still busy villages. In the week before. Various events take place in August. The surrounding area is hilly and offers many opportunities for hiking along the olive grove. The nearby resort of Acharavi has various shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, German and English speaking doctors as well as a variety of tavernas, bars and cafes. If you like, you can explore the 8 km long beach section on foot. The distance to Corfu town and the airport is about 38 km.
