About this property

Large apartments in the middle of green nature

The air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of the house. It comprises two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and has a total area of around 84 m2. The beautiful roof terrace offers a view of the sea and invites you to sunbathing, which is protected from the wind. Ideal for 4 people.

Our apartments are located north-east of Poreč, in a quiet location in the Kukci district. The center of Poreč is 5 km from our house - the sea 4 km away.

All of our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV. There is a parking space in the closed courtyard.

A small supermarket is about 250 meters from our house, a restaurant with excellent local and international cuisine is 500 meters away.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

La sig. ra che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile e cortese, comprensiva delle ns necessità, l'unica cosa è che parla solo croato e tedesco (Noi NO!), solo la figlia inglese, che cmq era disponibile i primi giorni per qualche chiarimento sulla casa e suggerimento su quali posti vedere in zona. Quindi la comunicazione era un po' limitata. La casa era spaziosa e pulita, tranne 2 piccoli scorpioni che ci hanno fatto visita gli ultimi gironi! Sicuramente da non sottovalutare le rampe di scale da fare per entrare in casa! Anche il giardino era ampio con un piccolo campo da basket, cmq apprezzato da mio figlio.

Vielen Dank für diese Bewertung. Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn Sie zukünftigen Gästen, ein etwas genaueres Bild geben würden. Sie sind ohne uns darüber vorab zu informieren mit Hund angereist Die Ferienwohnung ist ausdrücklich nicht für Haustiere gekennzeichnet, wir haben Sie als Gäste trotzdem aufgenommen. Unsere Wohnung für Haustiere, war leider belegt. Als Kompromiss, haben wir Ihnen den Aufenthalt, zu einem Mehrpreis angeboten, da höherer Reinigungsaufwand.
