Our beautifully updated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private home sleeps located directly on the 14th fairway of spectacular Old Kinderhook, a Tom Weiskopf signature course. Our home is also located next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all new carpet, appliances and furnishings and includes all the comforts of home. Plus the house is decorated for Christmas from mid-November through New Years! Ice Rink & Christmas Village open Thanksgiving weekend!

Beautifully appointed 4 bedroom/3 bath private Lake Ozark home on the 14th fairway of Old Kinderhook Resort and located next to one of the resort's salt water pools!

Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom private villa is located on the beloved 14th fairway and next to one of the community's sparkling salt water pools. The villa is completely updated with all new carpet, appliances and furnishings and includes all the comforts of home. The main level includes 2 bedrooms (one with king and one with queen), two full bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, dining, living room, and 3 season sunroom with an outdoor sectional sofa and additional dining table- the perfect place to relax and have a drink, read a book, or play a game!

Our walk out lower level gives a secondary place to relax or entertain. It offers a ping pong table, second living room, wet bar with fridge and wine cooler, and a bookcase full of board games and puzzles. The walk out lower level also has 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twins and one with 2 queens and 1 Twin with trundle) and another full bathroom. The lower level walks out to a large patio with a 8 person dining table and a Weber gas BBQ grill. The patio is just steps away from the 14th fairway and the views are spectacular! 8 Adirondack chairs and a corn hole game await you on the lawn.

great golf trip with our retired friends
This was our first time visiting the lake area and we're so happy we found this house. It worked perfectly for our group of 4 couples as we each had our own private bedroom. The two couples who have difficulty with stairs took the two main level bedrooms which made it very easy for them as everything we needed and used was on the main level. The house supplied a plethora of board and card games and even a cabinet of jigsaw puzzles. We enjoyed playing games and reading in the screen in three season room as the men golfed. The restaurants were nearby and we even grilled one night on the gas grill. Old Kinderhook is a very well maintained and quiet community. We didn't venture out on the water, but next time we plan to rent a boat and check it out. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us. We plan to come back again possibly later in the fall when it's a bit cooler for golf.

Fantastic house in a great location
This house was exactly as described. It was very clean and the host was accessible for our questions regarding recommendations. The pool next door made it very convenient with the kids. The sun porch was the place we spent most of our time as it was beautiful, relaxing, and a great view of the golf course. We especially enjoyed morning coffee out there watching the various deer, birds and even the grounds crew prepare the course. The kids had their own space downstairs with all the board games, ping pong table, and second family room with large screen tv. Every room of the house was beautifully appointed and had it's own smart tv. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our dinners in. The house was just down the road from the clubhouse which made it very close for the golfers. Overall, a great stay and hope to come back again next summer! Would highly recommend.

Very clean and nice property!
This property was very clean and nice. Great view out of the back of hole 14 on Old Kinderhook. Pool VERY close by and walking distance to the Old Kinderhook Resort. We really had a great time and the owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend this property!

Sea n' Green - Golf Getaway
This was our second time renting the Sea n' Green property and both experiences have been extremely accommodating and convenient! The house location is perfect for a weekend golf getaway with the guys - it is walking distance from the club house. The host was extremely attentive and quick to address even the smallest of questions. Our group will be coming back to this location next year!

Creating and collecting memories- not things- has become our goal and we've created many great memories at this vacation home in Old Kinderhook. The resort offers everything you'll ever need and more- super nice people- great food and drinks- beautiful golf course- multiple salt water pools- Lake of the Ozarks and boat dock right down the lane- tennis and pickle ball courts- fitness center- sand volleyball courts- ice rink in the winter- multiple fire pits- Christmas village- and even a full service spa- can't beat it! We hope you enjoy our vacation home as much as we do and make some new memories of your own!

We love this property because it's located directly on the 14th fairway of a spectacular golf course and is the perfect spot for your to host your upcoming vacation or golf getaway at the Lake of the Ozarks. This property is located within the gates of Old Kinderhook Resort and is in the "prime" location on campus- close to everything! While at Old Kinderhook, you can enjoy golf at one of the lake's top courses, which is a Tom Weiskopf signature course. If golf isn't your thing, you can relax and unwind at one of the many salt water pools (one is located directly next to our property!), or you can enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the newly refinished courts for spring of 2024! The property hosts a workout facility that you can enjoy as well as sand volleyball courts and a seasonal outdoor ice rink in the winter months. There are many firepits and restaurants on site as well- including The Trophy Room- one of the Ozark's finest dining establishments. Want to enjoy the lake? Our home is located a short walk from the lake where you can swim, boat or fish. Want to really unwind? Book an appointment at the onsite spa!
