Gute Lage mit deutlichen Mängeln in der Ausstatttung

Insgesamt eine gut geschnittene und für zwei Personen mit Hund ausreichend dimensionierte Ferienwohnung. Es bedarf hier allerdings der dringenden Sanierung. Die Küchenzeile fällt bald auseinander so verzogen sind die einzelnen Elemente. Im Bad sind die Handtuchhaken so wackelig, dass sie bald aus der Wand fallen. Ebenfalls gewöhnungsbedürftig, ist die Dusche, die in Ermangelung einer funktionierenden Warmwasseebatterie, abwechselnd warmes u. kaltes Wasser beim Duschen gibt. Auch das extrem kleine Waschbecken mit einem viel zu großen Wasserhahn war suboptimal. Ebenfalls nervig war die Heizungsanlage, welche insbesondere des nachts solche Pumpengeräusche von sich gegeben hat, dass wir uns letztendlich mit Oropax beholfen haben. Viele Kleinigkeiten -welche hoffentlich alsbald abgestellt werden- haben hier eine bessere Bewertung verhindert.
