The apartment is newly furnished and has a living and dining room, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bath. In the living room, two people can lie comfortably on the sofa bed. On the terrace you can enjoy the view of the countryside. Behind a few trees hides the Landeskrone - Görlitzer Hausberg.
In Holtendorf you can enjoy a rural idyll. Behind a meadow the white Schöps meanders through the landscape. About 500 meters away you will find the hotel / restaurant "Marschall Du Roc"; About 800 meters away is the guest house "Gerichtskretscham", where you can enjoy lunch and delicious ice cream; In about 1 km away neighboring Markersdorf there is a baker, butcher and creative flower shop with post office. Not far away there is a village museum and a Volksbank. Only 5 km away is the beautiful city of Görlitz with its historic old town, many restaurants and various cultural opportunities.
