Neighbors are neither heard nor seen. The eastern border of the garden is bordered by a babbling brook. A play paradise for children.
During renovation work, care was taken to preserve or restore the old building structure from 1860 as far as possible. For example, the old doors with iron fittings are still there. Visible half-timbered beams, wooden floorboards, original rung windows and interior walls with clay plaster emphasize the character. The spacious dining room is the focal point of the house. With a ceiling height of just under 3 meters, which is generous for this type of cat, and the wonderfully bright morning sun, it is the perfect place to relax at the large table with guests and family. The piano is happy about young and old musicians. Immediately afterwards is the kitchen with access to a spacious sun terrace paved with old granite stones. On a total living space of approx. 140 sqm there is also a cozy living room with a fireplace and two large and two small bedrooms, whereby one of the small bedrooms is intended as a retreat for the little ones and is therefore equipped with a cot and a farm bed (180x95 cm) is. A family with several children or 4 adults with or without children can easily be accommodated. Also up to 7 adults who have no problem with three of the bedrooms being connected to each other (i.e. two through rooms - see floor plan). A friendly, modern bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating is accessible from two sides.
You will look in vain for media entertainment via TV or WiFi, instead you can enjoy birdsong and babbling from early to late. Cell phone reception can also be weak in some places. Here you can simply not be reachable with a clear conscience.
If you approach the house from the north or south, you will find a scene that is unusual for northern Germany. The house is located in the middle of the most beautiful end moraine landscape on a hillside plot in the immediate vicinity of a mixed beech forest, which invites you to stroll. From the east, the property is flanked by a babbling brook, the Kremper Au, which feeds the Neustadt inland water between Altenkrempe and Neustadt. From the north, a pasture borders on the property like from a picture book. Farm horses from Demeter's Hollergraben farm can graze here with relish.
