This is our home away from home located in PGA National Resort Home of the PGA Tours newest Cognizant Classic. This is our family's dream home. Absolute and meticulous care is taken. Spacious inside and the outdoor is even more comfortable. Enjoy cooking with gourmet chefs kitchen. There is a heated salt pool and outdoor BBQ and seating area .Best sunset view in neighborhood Golf view on PGA course and water view. Amazing sunsets from Master suite balcony. Brand new master bathroom. Gated community close to Restaurants and shopping . Desk with printer for business use . Minutes away from 5-star rated Juno Beach. Parking in garage available. My wife Wendy and I aim to offer an unforgettable experience in a home setting. GOLF MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES are available to extended time renters and is not included in rental amount. Inquire for Membership transfer dues. You would have access to golf ,tennis and pool area as well with membership

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave all used bedding and towels in laundry room. Be sure to return key if used and bring trash out to container
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PICKUP TRUCKS OR VANS ALLOWED OF ANY NATURE GARAGE DOOR IS NOT TO BE LEFT OPEN ANY IMPOSED FINES WILL BE ASSESED TO RENTER PLUS $100 fee
Any keys not returned incur a $250 fee. CHILDREN 9 and under MUST BE SUPERVISED IN POOL AT All Times.
Exterior security cams as well as in garage. No cameras or recording devices inside the house
