Rustic Farmhouse Style Casita Retreat on Horse Property
Our rustic farmy little casita (approx. 180 sq. ft) boasts a custom build interior with brand new everything inside. Super cozy and comfy! Fairly forewarned, the shower is small. It is tiled, has a rain-head and on demand hot water but it is small. Most guests love the property so much they don’t mind.
We are located on 18 acres with horses and hiking trails, it’s perfect for quiet getaways, travelers passing through, artistic exhale and of course tourists wanting to take in the many attractions nearby. An awesome place for a recharge! We enjoy offering a variety of meal options as well as on the ground horse experiences tailored to your abilities and desire.
The casita is stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and drinks. We are within ½ hour from Ruidoso’s many attractions, Old Lincoln’s historic sites, beautiful hiking spots or simply stay on property to revive and restore.

Utilizing my vast experience in boutique hotel management and restaurant management, hosting guests and events here at the ranch is such a pleasure! I am an equine coach, facilitating communication and energy between people and horses to help discover what a horse has to teach you about yourself. It’s experiential learning and it’s fun! I absolutely love offering a selection of equine experiences geared for each specific guest. Utilizing my background in culinary arts and cooking meals or preparing picnics for guests is also such a joy! I I am incredibly grateful.

Nearby are many incredible opportunities in nature as well as hiking, fishing and horseback riding areas.
Spend a day in town and come back to a beautiful quiet hideout. Some guests choose not to leave the property at all and settle into good books, visits with the horses and hikes out back. For travelers passing through, the property is gated and very safe. Enjoy restful overnight from driving and safe place to park your belongings.
