We chose this neighborhood for its peaceful atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings. It’s just minutes from the beach and home to an incredible variety of wildlife—you might spot monkeys swinging through the trees, iguanas basking in the sun, colorful parrots and toucans flying overhead, and even playful squirrels. It’s the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and coastal beauty.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a rare gem—a cherished family legacy owned by a Costa Rican family of five, set in a peaceful neighborhood where the forest meets the beach. It’s surrounded by wildlife like monkeys, iguanas, parrots, toucans, and squirrels, yet just minutes from several stunning beaches, beachfront restaurants, and world-famous national parks.
