Nestled along Boylston Creek, this recently built home includes two living areas, two garages, upscale furnishings and decor, an entertainers deck with serene views, and a dedicated play area for the kids in your group.

Venture out to explore a plethora of nearby outdoor adventures, including hiking, biking, rafting, tubing, and fishing. For culture and cuisine, head to Brevard, Hendersonville, or take a day trip to Asheville. Return home for a cookout on the grill and to dine alfresco on the deck.

Unwind into vacation mode on the two sofas in the living area, featuring soaring cathedral ceilings. When the sun sets, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to stream favorite shows on the 100” smart TV. The lower-level bonus living area comes with theater-style seating for four and a smart TV.

Let your culinary skills shine in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting sleek stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a walk-in pantry, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for three. Gather for fresh cuisine around the six-person dining table.

This vacation rental accommodates 10 guests between four bedrooms and four extra-long built-in twin beds in the loft. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet and a walk-in shower featuring a double showerhead.

The second and third bedrooms each feature a full bed and a TV. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, furnished with a queen bed and a TV. The two guest bathrooms are each configured with a tub/shower combination.

-NO TRAILERS OR LARGE TRUCKS of any kind are permitted at this property
-Primary bedroom (queen) and private bathroom are off to the right on the main floor.
-2nd bedroom (queen) and 3rd bedroom (double) are off to the left on the main floor with a hallway bathroom to share.
-4th bedroom (double) is located in the lower level with a shared full bathroom on the lower level.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
