Awesome house. Just the right size for us. Loved the "memory lane" decoration. lots of laughs. Close enough to everything (supermarket, food places) and not to far from the beach either. Very peaceful area. A back yard to enjoy and cook.If life takes us back to Gulfport, we will definitely stay here again.

Not very ctc friendly if having loud cars there is a curfew here if not in house by 10 at night hosts try’s to charge extra backyard grass is knee high

This guest booked for 2 adults, and had a party of 18 people at our house, with truck engines revving in the front yard, and music blaring like they were hosting a block party. When attempting to hold them accountable, he claimed he didn't know he had to add his kids, and that they all had trucks too. None of this was discussed prior to the alleged stay for 2 people. The guest didn't have any complaints during their stay, even after we'd spoke about the noise that the neighbors were calling me about. They parked all over my front grass and yard, and damaged the electrical box next to the driveway. They left a 1 star review as a retaliation for pursuing charges due to their wrecklessness. Hopefully VRBO can remove this one, but in case they can't, i felt my side of the events are valid for all to see. I have been a superhost on the other platform for over 10 years, and maintain professional standards always.
