3/2 home in a private, gated community, with quick access to Daniel Field Private Charter Airport.  Centrally located and minutes to Augusta National, Forest Hills, and Augusta Municipal Golf Courses.  Additionally, within 3 miles is prime shopping at Augusta Mall, wonderful restaurants, Augusta Aquatics Center and the Newman Tennis center.

The home includes all updated appliances and fully stocked kitchen with enough cookware, plates and utensils for a family of 8.  A welcome basket will await as you begin your stay, so you can relax and settle in.

ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the living room include 50-65 inch tv’s.  The living room is open to the dining area that has a table perfect for game nights.  Various board and card games are provided for all ages.  There is an outside patio seating area and gas grill.  There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for extra space.

BEDROOMS: All 3 bedrooms have been fully renovated with brand new paint, carpet, and bedding.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath.  The 2 additional bedrooms (queen and full size beds) share a bathroom.  Roll-away bed and/or pack-n-play are available upon reservation if requested.  Linens are provided.

LOCATION: Prime location to shopping, entertainment, and fun, all within a few miles and sure to please all ages.  Three golf courses within a 10 minute drive. A short fifteen minute drive to Ft. Gordon, Medical College of Georgia, the VA Hospital, and Augusta University.  

HOME OFFICE SPACE: For those who need to work, free high speed wifi is included with your stay.  Within the master bedroom is a designated home office space which includes a desk and monitor to connect to your laptop. A printer is also connected to the wifi internet.

OUTDOORS: Within the neighborhood, a clubhouse pool and tennis courts are available for your use. Be sure to pack your swim suit and tennis racket for some fresh air and fun. The pool is expected to be open for the season, first week of June.

PARKING: Private parking is available on-site for two vehicles. Additional guest parking is provided beside our driveway for another 2-3 vehicles.

This is a smoke free home and pets are not allowed to ensure all guests feel welcome. A full size washer and dryer is available.
