The house is located in Thong Nai Pan Noi, just 650 m from the beach and about 1 km from the charming village, with its restaurants, bars, small shops, and boutiques. It is a peaceful retreat for those looking to relax and enjoy the quieter side of Koh Phangan.

Baan Nam features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, as well as a spacious covered balcony with beautiful sea views – a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings.

The house is one of six individual houses at The Hill Village, a small and peaceful hillside community surrounded by nature. Guests also have access to the shared infinity pool, which is exclusively available to guests staying at The Hill Village.

The kitchen is suitable for preparing breakfast and simple meals. Alternatively, food and drinks can be delivered from our local partners: TULA Coffee, Bar and Restaurant, Hacienda Happy Days Restaurant, and Flip Flop Pharmacy Bar. When ordering, simply mention The Hill Village, House No. 3.

Location & Surroundings

Thong Nai Pan Noi and Thong Nai Pan Yai form a beautiful double bay on the peaceful northeast coast of Koh Phangan. Both beaches offer white sand, tropical surroundings, and a relaxed atmosphere with restaurants and bars without feeling overcrowded. The neighbouring beach of Thong Nai Pan Yai is only a few minutes away by scooter.

Please note that Baan Nam is located on a hillside. The walk back from the beach is steep in parts and can feel strenuous in the tropical heat. The elevated location, however, rewards you with beautiful sea views and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere.

Families

Baan Nam accommodates a maximum of four adults. However, larger families with children are very welcome. If you are travelling as a family with three or more children, please contact us before booking. We will be happy to see what we can arrange.

Full Moon Party

For guests who would like to visit the Full Moon Party in Haad Rin, we can arrange a shuttle service with our local driver.

Price: 300 THB per person, each way.
