Our 84 square meter, bright oasis of well-being lies on a sunny slope in the middle of green Allgäu meadows on the outskirts of Altusried-Kimratshofen. From the apartment you can see panoramic windows in the gable-open upper floor over the beautiful village of Kimratshofen, the church of the village and the surrounding forests. From the bed you can enjoy a wonderful view into the green. Our idyll offers you a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a light-flooded bathroom with a walk-in rainforest shower and bathtub, as well as an open living area consisting of a modern kitchen with a generous dining area, a reading corner with a stressless chair and a cozy sofa corner.

In the entire apartment, high-quality country houses, root acorn parquet and terracotta tiles were installed. The rooms are heated by environmentally friendly geothermal heat (underfloor heating).

The modern, fully equipped Nolte kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven at eye level, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor fan, toaster, water cooker, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and much more.

Free Wi-Fi is available. The large flat screen TV with sound system invites you to cozy evenings for two.

On the large roof terrace you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun and on comfortable sun loungers spend the summer in the cool shade. In the garden you have a barbecue.

A parking space for your car is available in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the garage. A washing machine and a dryer are available if required.
