Comme les années précédentes, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Seaside. La maison et son équipement sont simples mais la terrasse, avec vue sur les champs et la mer est splendide. C'est isolé, tranquille, la mer est à 2 minutes et on peut marcher jusqu'au village de Xarakopio (2km) pour boire un café glacé le matin et acheter du pain et des spanakopita!

Our stay was simply wonderful. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, though our host’s english was not the best. It was more than enough to convey everything important and, even if it took a bit longer, communication was easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Getting to the beach took perhaps two minutes and the path wasn’t difficult to traverse, even without shoes of any kind. Would definitely rent again, though next time I’m bringing more friends to rent the adjoining rooms as well, for we had rather loud neighbours

Einfaches sauberes Haus in wunderschöner Lage. Wer naturverbunden ist und die Ruhe sucht, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Kostas, der auch hier wohnt, ist mittlerweile ein Freund geworden. Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich, aber für mich mittlerweile ein Genuss.

Die Unterkunft hielt das in der Beschreibung versprochene. Die Einrichtung war einfach aber sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und auf dem Areal tummeln sich Gänse, Hunde und ein Huhn.

Location stupenda direttamente sul mare con una vista meravigliosa, circondati da una splendida campagna dove pace e tranquillità regnano sovrani. Gli arredi sono semplici, ma non manca niente, dalla cucina attrezzata alla biancheria ed il giardino a disposizione è un grande valore aggiunto. Consigliatissimo.

Die Ferienhäuser 1 u. 2 sind sehr einfach gehalten, liegen aber nur 200m vom schönen Perouliastra..

Die Ferienhäuser 1 u. 2 sind sehr einfach gehalten, liegen aber nur 200m vom schönen Perouliastrand entfernt, direkt an der ca 6m hohen Steiküste gibt es einen überdachten Platz mit Tisch und Bänken und auf dem Anwesen spazieren vier Gänse und auch ein friedfertiger Hund mit Welpen gehört dazu. Herr Skothos wohnt direkt nebenan im dritten Häuschen und fährt am Morgen mit dem Zigarillo im Mund auf dem Moped ins Cafe nach Charakopio. In der Vor u. Nachsaison ist alles sehr ruhig und das Leben angenehm normal und eben griechisch, eine letzte Oase im Tourismusgewimmel, aber bitte verraten sie es nicht weiter, Danke.
