Farmhouse with game room, creek and fire pit

Adorable updated Farmhouse built in 1900 with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 game room with a bed and a futon. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 people with a full size washer/dryer and extra shower in the mud room. Enjoy playing some board games, foosball, darts, ping pong or pool in the game room. Have fun streaming shows and movies or going online using the free Wi-Fi. During the day you can have the time of your life relaxing near the Creek, checking out Bristol Motor Speedway, ETSU, playing Disc Golf at Winged Deer Park, go to the Railroad Museum, hike Tweetsie Trail or Buffalo Mountain Park, or go mountain biking at Tannery Knobs Park. At night you can make smores in the fire pit, savor some drinks at Yee Haw and Johnson City Brewery, play at the Retro Arcade or take the family to the Skate center. So much that you can do to clear your mind and recharge at this property!

Everything about our stay was great! From check-in to departure everything ran smoothly. With a 5 year old and 8 month in tow, we were highly satisfied with our stay. 5 year especially enjoyed the game room and #1 on her list was the creek out front! We were in great proximity to everything we wanted to do, visit and eat. Highly recommend, and will certainly book again in the future if/when needed!

Fabulous farmhouse in a quiet location! Everyone enjoyed the game room, but most of all we enjoyed the front porch and kids enjoyed the creek water in front. House is kept up with and well-maintained!

The overall facility was really good. The place was clean and met our needs. Our only issue was that we drove a 35 foot RV, and had a little difficulty getting it parked due to the narrow drive on one side of the driveway, plus it was sleeting and snowing. We would stay again but would drive the car instead of the RV. Had to have it this trip to move my son from ETSU to Memphis, following graduation. Overall good stay.

From the pics, I was expecting a more secluded location. The windows did not have blinds. To me that's a privacy issue. The floors were uneven as it is an older home. The beds sunk to the middle. We stayed one night out of a five night rental.
There is a subdivision/neighborhood directly behind the house.
Considered a bedroom, but is a game room, no closet.

A place for all

It is a beautiful place to stay. The kids loved the creek,the yard and the game room. It kept them busy playing inside and out. Clean home. Beautiful decor. Great location. Claw-foot tub was great! Loved the front porch rockers too. You won’t be disappointed in your stay!

This property is in a great location with a creek on the property for everyone to enjoy. We have a gameroom full of fun things to do during the day and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows or Smores at night. There's a quiet new neighborhood built just behind us with a nice walking path that goes around our property that you can use. Enjoy lots of space on the property for your family activities.

This Farmhouse was built in 1900 and has been beautifully remodeled. You can enjoy the incredible creek relaxing to the peaceful sounds of nature, hike the trail around the property, have family game night or make a bon fire.
