Our apartment is located in the green heart of Germany. The surrounding countryside in Thuringian Holzland offers ideal opportunities for hiking and cycling. Just 15 km from the property, the modern and historic town of Jena is ideal for excursions and cultural activities.
Furthermore, from here you can reach the Goethe-city of Weimar, the Leuchtenburg, the Dornburger castles and Naumburg with its beautiful cathedral in half an hour by car. In three quarters of an hour you are already in our state capital Erfurt, which offers many tourist attractions.
Stadtroda Train Station is 2 km away. It is located on the railway line Erfurt - Gera. The trains run every hour.
After a short drive by car you reach the highways

Our apartment is a new and very cozy Non smoking apartment. It is equipped with new wooden furniture. The apartment has a size of about 80 m². It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and their closets. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals and snacks. The kitchen also has a cozy dining area and a glass-walled kitchen stove for a nice fire in the cold season. The modern bathroom has a shower, a hairdryer and towels. The apartment has 2 toilets.

Our stay was great, certainly an overall 5 star. The host was outstanding in attending to our needs. The beds were all excellent and the kitchen had everything you might wish. The apartment is the lower floor of a split level type house so there are some steps to you need to descend, but there is an excellent handrail. There are two W/Cs and a particularly large modern shower. This was highly valued as there were 4 of us. It is helpful to have at least one guest in you party who understands some German.

Schöne Wohnung für einen Kurztrip

Die Wohnung ist gut für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet.Für kleine Kinder allerdings nicht ganz so gut geeignet auf Grund des nicht gesicherten Öl-Ofens.Sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Geräumig, gut möbliert und ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Besonders praktisch: 2 WCs Tipp: in den Betten wären höhenverstellbare Lattenroste gut Einige Stufen im Wohnbereich erfordern immer Aufmerksamkeit beim Laufen... Jede Menge Infomaterial vorhanden. Nette Gastgeber

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete und charmante Unterkunft. Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte sind, dass die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein könnte (Geschirr, Messer), das Bad mit Zugang durch die Küche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und die Wohnung ist nicht perfekt für kleine Kinder (die gerade anfangen zu laufen), wegen Stufen, Glasschiebetür

Kurzurlaub in Thüringen

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll eingerichtet.Ruhige Lage- Besonders der herzliche Empfang hat uns sofort ein Zuhause Gefühl gegeben. Schöne und günstige Ferienwohnung nahe Jena, mit netten Vermietern

Wir waren anlässlich einer Familienfeier in Jena, und hatten diese Ferienwohnung für das Wochenende gemietet, die nur 15min entfernt in Stadtroda liegt. Die Wohnung ist mit ca. 80m² ausreichend groß für idealerweise 4 Personen, bei 6 Personen wird die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer benutzt. Die Räume und deren Ausstattung sind erst vor wenigen Jahren renoviert und in einem guten und sauberen Zustand. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite VermieterIn. Der Kontakt vorab und vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hinterließ keine Fragen oder offenen Wünsche. Unserer Meinung nach bietet die Wohnung ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, und einen entsprechenden Gegenwert hinsichtlich Lage und Komfort. Ein hauseigener Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus. Zusammenfassend also empfehlenswert ideal für einen Kurz- oder Wochenendurlaub.

Wir haben eine ruhige Ferienwohnung für 3 Tage gesucht und gefunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Uns hat’s gefallen würden sie wieder buchen wenn wir in der Region sind.

Schönes Wochenende

Wir wurden freundlich von den Vermietern in Empfang genommen und haben eine kleine Einweisung in die Unterkunft bekommen wo alles zu finden ist. Bevor wir die Reise angetreten haben, hatten wir nach Veranstaltungen gefragt die an dem Wochenende stattfinden - so wurden uns gleich ein paar Prospekte mit hingelegt und auch nochmal Infos die im Radio kamen mitgeteilt. War auch eine tolle Empfehlung dabei :-) Als wir fragten ob der Bäcker am Markt geöffnet hat wurden wir gleich gefragt ob Sie uns Brötchen mitbringen soll - super, vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Unterkunft ist eine Kellerwohnung was wir vorher nicht wussten uns aber auch nicht gestört hat. Alles sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das einzige was man eventuell noch etwas schöner gestalten könnte ist die Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Etwas abgelegen, man ist immer auf das Auto angewiesen aber für unseren Zweck ein Wochenende außerhalb zu verbringen in Ordnung. Abreise war auch sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden nett verabschiedet. Vielen Dank.

Ideale Ausflugslage

Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung zum Objekt war sehr datailliert und dadurch gut zu finden. Die Lage ist gut gelegen, wenn man die Städte Jena, Weimar und Erfurt besuchtigen will. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nur das Wetter hätte besser sein können. Aber das lässt sich leider nicht mitbuchen.

Ruhig und grün

Die Unterkunft war geräumig und ruhig und auch etwas abgelegen, mit der Beschreibung von den Vermietern jedoch sehr gut zu finden. Die Vermieter selbst waren auch sehr entspannt und angenehm. Wer es im Sommer kühl mag ist in der Wohnung gut aufgehoben, wem jedoch zu kalt sein sollte der kann auch die Heizung anstellen. (Der Vermieter hatte das für uns getan. Da die Zimmertemperatur zw. 19-20° C lag, haben wir sie jedoch wieder abgestellt.) Die Räume waren sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts, Handtücher, Bettwäche etc. war ausreichend vorhanden. Und was nicht selbstverständlich ist, auch der Garten hätte mitgenutzt werden können.

Kurzurlaub in der Heimat

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-) Die Vermieter sind stets zur Stelle. Ruhige Lage. Wir haben nur eine Couch zum abendlichen Relaxen vermisst.
