A freestanding holiday home in the Scandinavian flair - ideally to spend as a family or with the circle of friends together in a great ambience. In the same way, you can accommodate guests, celebrate a birthday or a workshop. Possibility would be up to 20 sleeping places.
The house offers 2 double rooms (each approx. 9m²), 2 four-bed rooms with bunk beds (each approx. 12m²), a large living room (32m²) which can also accommodate up to 8 beds. The cozy wooden house has 2 bathrooms (4 & 6sqm) with the larger bathroom the 3.2m ² sauna is to be reached. From the sauna you have a beautiful view of the fields. On the ground floor (underfloor heating) a. The large open kitchen (32sqm). You will live on a total of 140m².
Amenities: sauna, WLAN, TV, stereo with Bluetooth & CD player, table kicker, hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, large E.-Herd (8 plates), vacuum cleaner, mobile kitchen island, underfloor heating on the ground floor, large covered terrace
The terrace in south-west slope (50m²) offers a magnificent view over the large, well-kept garden and farm. There is a large children's play area on the grounds - the Bolz area, the play barn, the Bobbycarrennbahn, the sandpit and a pirate ship ... In addition, we are a small farm with pigs, chickens, horses, cats and rabbits - who can be looked and stroked.

Tolle Familienauszeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus mit herrlicher Umgebung für Kinder sehr genossen. Besonderes Highlight waren die Hühner, die Strohscheune und der wunderbare Garten.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wunderbares Areal zum Wohlfühlen. Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Hot Tube hat den Aufenthalt noch zusätzlich abgerundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

3 Generationen unter einem Dach

Wir hatten ein tolles, sonniges Familienwochenende. Das großzügige Haus bot für alle genug Platz und wir haben die lange gemeinsame Tafel für schöne Spieleabende genutzt. Die Kinder haben das Gelände in Beschlag genommen, Fußball gespielt, den Spielplatz benutzt oder die Tiere besucht, während die älteren entspannt in der Sonne sitzen konnten. Rundum gelungen

Familienfreundlich

Die Gestaltung und kindgerechte Ausstattung des Ferienobjektes sind optimal. Für uns war es Erholung pur. Der beheizbare Whirpool ist genial. Ansprechend sind auch der Hofladen und der Verkauf von Eiern und Kartoffeln.

Gute Reise

Positiv: Tolle Umgebung. Geschirr braucht ihr auf keinen Fall, alles ist verfügbar. Ruhige Lage. Wirklich toll mit Familie einen Ausflug zu machen. Negativ: Gering schmutzige Decken. Keine Antwort bei nächtlicher Kälte erhalten. Wir mussten alles vor der Abreise selbst aufräumen und putzen, was viel Zeit genommen hat. Insgesamt empfehle ich euch diese Unterkunft.

Tolle Unterkunft für die Großfamilie

Wir haben uns mit 3 Generationen und Hund unglaublich wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für Groß und Klein war alles dabei, die Spielmöglichleiten, Sauna und Whirlpool sind toll. Und der freundlich große Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich lädt zum Verweilen und Schnacken ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

Sehr gute Unterkunft

Sehr gute und großzügige Unterkunft mit Sauna, Jacuzzi, und zwei großen Bädern. Wohnzimmer und Küche hervorragend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Familienzeit mit vier Generationen

Alles unter einem Dach, sogar Sauna und Hotpool, große Wohnküche, alles perfekt! Auf dem Land und in einer halben Stunde in der Bremer Innenstadt, mit unendlichen Möglichkeiten, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Wir haben gar nichts vermisst. Bestimmt gerne wieder! Danke für alles!

Idyllisches Wochenendhaus mit Freunden

Wir haben einen tollen JGA mit 12 Mädels in Syke verbringen dürfen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und der Jakuzzi und die Sauna sind einfach nur der Hammer!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit vielen Möglichkeiten für die Kinder

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im großen Ferienhaus. Leider war es sehr kalt und windig, sodass wir due vielen Angebote draußen mit den Kindern nicht so nutzen konnten wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Vom Haus her alles super, Sauna und Whirlpool absolute Highlights. Viele nette Details und super ausgestattete Küche. Schade war nur, dass sehr viele der Fahrzeuge für die Kinder kaputt waren. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder wenn es wärmer ist. :-)

Wunderbares Wochenende in herzlicher Atmosphäre

Wir haben ein wundervolles Wochenende in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist super sauber, modern, kinderfreundlich und auf dem Bauernhof herrscht eine überaus gastfreundliche Atmosphäre. Die Kinder waren durch den tollen Spielplatz, die Spielscheune und die Tiere glücklich und zufrieden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren ein Wochenende als Familienurlaub in der Ferienwohnung und es war rundum schön. Ausreichend Platz, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Whirlpool auf der Terasse :) Die Kinder konnten frei herumlaufen und waren begeistert von den vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Fabelhaft

Schönes großes Haus und Grundstück, das zum entspannen mit der Familie einlädt. Wir selbst waren in einer großen Gruppe übers Wochenende vor Ort (7 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Besonders für die kleineren gab es hier viel zu entdecken. Neben einem kleinen Streichelzoo mit Hasen, gab es auch einen Spielplatz in Form eines Piratenschiffes, sowie eine Spielscheune mit Trampolin. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und Check-in/out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Eine Führung über den Hof wurde ebenso angeboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, das nächste mal auch etwas länger.

Super entspannte Zeit in modernem, komfortabeln Ferienhaus

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber an die man sich bei Fragen jederzeit wenden kann. Wir haben zudem eine tolle Führung über den Hof bekommen und eine Planwagenfahrt angeboten bekommen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist außergewöhnlich, es ist alles da was man braucht. Zudem geben Whirlpool und Sauna dem ganzen noch einen sehr luxuriösen Kick. Das Beschäftigungsangebot für Kinder ist absolut außergewöhnlich. Eine Spielscheune, Bobbycarennstrecke, Trampolin, Kettcars, Klettergerüst, Tischtennisplatte, und ein großer Spielplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍
