Our new and fully equipped apartment is located by the sea on the popular Playa de Mogan beach.
The apartment has a size of approx. 50 m² and a spacious approx. 12 m² terrace with sea view and in the mountains.
The promenade with bars, cafes and restaurants is in the immediate vicinity.
Supermarkets (Spar), doctors (medical center) and other shops are also nearby.
The harbor, the fishing village and "Little Venice" with countless bars and restaurants invite you to stroll.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely holliday

Our holiday in this apartment was coming home every day. It felt like home. The only drawback was the heat in the house due to the flat roof. The air conditioning in the bedroom was great, but one in the living room would not be an unnecessary luxury. For the rest, immediate help where needed. Lovely place to come back. Thanks for this wonderful time.

Lovely Apartment!!

Apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The apartment block itself was lovely and in a great position to be able to access the beach and promenade. The agency were great and obtaining the keys was easy. I would recommend a stay here. Just be aware there is an additional charge for air conditioning at 35 euros per week. We needed this as if did get very hot in the room at night.
