Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 6 travellers and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a balcony and secure private parking.

Check-in is self-contained thanks to a key box located in the same street as the accommodation.

The accommodation
The apartment has 3 independent bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, a TV and a desk, ideal for teleworking or business trips.

The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, complete crockery...) is separate from the living room and the dining room, which allows you to enjoy very distinct and comfortable living spaces.

The accommodation also has:
- 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite)
- a separate toilet
- a separate toilet
- a dressing room
- a washing machine
- an ironing kit
- a TV in the living room and bedrooms
- high-speed Wi-Fi

A balcony completes the accommodation to enjoy a moment of relaxation.

Traveller access
You have the entire accommodation for exclusive use.

If you come by car, a secure parking space in the residence is included (1 vehicle, maximum height: 2 m).

If you arrive by train, the apartment can be reached about 15 minutes on foot from the train station. You can also take the T1 tram from the station and get off at the "Éperon – Cité Plantagenêt" stop (4 stops, about 6 minutes).

Arrival is 100% autonomous: a simple key collection procedure is sent to you before your arrival.
The key box is located just a few steps from the accommodation.
