We had a lovely time! The house was wonderful with so much time spent on the lanai looking at the ocean. Location was great. Some time was spent snorkeling right by the house and time spent in the ocean at Magic Sands Beach. Would totally recommend this rental!

Amazing view

Wonderful stay

The condo was wonderful. We really appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. The kids loved the pool, the views were spectacular. We could hear the traffic on the road but it did not impact our sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and home base for big island vacation

My immediate family plus in-laws spent a wonderful week here. Place had everything we needed to be comfortable. The views, sounds, and accommodations were all wonderful. The listing was very accurate and having the support of Kona Coast was icing on the cake. We will absolutely be back!

Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with our two adult children, this villa was perfect! Super clean and comfortable with everything we needed! Beautiful property grounds, fantastic ocean view! The pool and spa were terrific. This was a super home base for our adventures! We enjoyed the night manta ray snorkel, trip to Volcanoes National Park and a day at Hapuna Beach (not to be missed). We enjoyed coffee each morning on the master suite lanai, watching the waves and loved being lulled to sleep by the waves each night. Comfortable furniture, everyone had ample space. We enjoyed Magic’s beach shack twice as well as Huggos and The Fish Hopper. The villa is just past the entrance gate and covered parking spot! Safeway grocery is close and allowed us to enjoy a few home meals too. Terrific stay! Mahalo!

Amazing Stay !!! :)

We had a great week at this place. Right on the ocean with great snorkeling out the back gate. Location was good and close to many amenities. Great sunsets too! Property itself was very nice and did come with sone food and cleaning items which was nice. Would definitely stay again There were 6 of us (three couples).

Perfect!

The house is very comfortable with a great view of the ocean from the back deck and much of the house. Plus, just on the other side of the fence is an amazing cove to snorkel in. A few minutes walk away is a sandy beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Great Stay

Great house in a good location. The kitchen is well stocked and the little welcome cooler of goodies, including a jar of multiple spices was a great touch! Emailed communication was clear and concise and we had no issues following the directions to the house. The house is comfortable with plenty of outdoor seating options as well.

Best trip of my life

Wow, the property was amazing and clean. My room had an amazing view and could hear the waves while I slept. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole trip. I would love to go back and stay in the same room as well. I can't thank this place enough.

Perfect for family or multiple couples with 3 private bedrooms ( one downstairs with a bit less privacy). The view!!! Master suite with private balcony was really nice although the balcony flooring was raw with jo finished floor. All needed basic amenities were there and the welcome basket was exceptional.

Excellent service by David at Kona coast vacations concierge.

Very happy overall. The only issue we had was that the A/C did not work well in one guest room on Xmas eve but they came to fix it the next day.

Simply perfect in every way

This home does exactly what it says in the description. It was so close to the best snorkeling on the island and an amazing Restuarant/bar. A bus stopped righted outside if you don't want to drive and helps make mist places easily accessible. The entrance gate could be noisy but didn't spoil anything for us. We will definitely be looking at booking again very soon.
