We had a wonderful time staying here. There was a Beautiful ocean view from the balcony, there were always beach chairs available for our use and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean unit on the beach. 2 air conditioning units and ceiling fans kept the condo very cool. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed.The pool area was nice and clean- never crowded.A plus to have a restaurant on site .The he owners and manager responded within minutes. Very easy check in / check out procedure

Great location. Not far from Christiansted. Could spend a day at the condo given the amenities.

Easy to manage the stay. Wish they had more equipment to use kayak/snorkeling for guests.

Enjoyed the stay!

The condo and location were just what we were looking for our stay. The condo was clean and was well stocked, we had everything we needed for our stay. The views were beautiful, and we enjoyed the tiki umbrellas and chairs on the beach. We would stay again and highly recommend!

Great Home Base

Quiet condo right on the beach with a beautiful view of Buck Island. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and great location close to Christiansted. Pool and restaurant on premises were nice as well.

Location of condo is excellent as a home base for traveling the island. Beaches here at the condo are filled with Sargassum (Sugar Beach) and honestly not usable. We spent most of our time on the west end and at The Landing where there is great snorkeling and beaches. It was just the two of us so having the extra bathroom was a plus. Condo has one small TV and no TV in the master. Unit was very clean and well equipped but could use some updating AC (2 units) worked great and kitchen was spacious. We are coming back in 6 months but are staying on the west end.

Great Location, Gorgeous View, Nice Beach

We loved staying here! The location was perfect to food, gas stations, grocery stores and the harbor. The location was quiet and tje unit was very clean. The water was perfect for swimming and snorkeling since it's protected by a coral reef. The owners were always responsive and very helpful on restaurants!! Highly recommend!

Lovely place, very clean, and wonderful views. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished, and as advertised. It appears the kitchen was recently remodeled and it is nice.The hosts are wonderful and were very communicative before, and during the stay. When the territory experienced FAA flight restrictions, they reached out preemptively and offered us the option to extend our stay if our flight was canceled. It is an overall good property: the pool is nice, the beach is as well, and the ambiance of the development is pleasing. I would gladly rent from them again, the condo is very clean and welcoming. Great hosts!

Nice condo, good value

Listing was accurate and the condo super clean and beautiful on the beach location. Ice trays would have been helpful & the door lock was finicky but overall a good experience and we enjoyed our time. Thank you for hosting us!

Erica & Heather were amazing hosts! They were prompt in answering questions, provided wonderful tips, and were just so pleasant! Their condo was absolutely perfect! The newly renovated kitchen was gorgeous! The location of the condo is centrally located, making it easy to get to wonderful restaurants and excursions. Thank you for being such amazing hosts, we will be back soon!

The condo is very nice, very comfortable bed, and a very well appointed kitchen that was easy to cook in. The view is lovely, and we loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean. My only suggestion would be to put up a curtain to separate off the loft bedroom - it looks like there was a rail there already - because otherwise the pool lights shine in at night and prevent the bedroom loft from getting dark. All in all it was a nice stay and we appreciated how clean the apartment was.

The perfect spot for a relaxing stay!!

This was our first time on St Croix, and we could not have asked for a better place to stay! The condo is so well thought out and spotless! Everything you need to fix meals is available! Both beds were super comfortable and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms between the 3 of us! What made the condo was the covered balcony — it was shaded and breezy in the evenings! The pool was nice to have but the beach was where we typically ended up — chairs and shade were always available, and the water was clear and calm! We rented a car and explored the island — the condo wasn’t far from anything! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet and convenient space on St Croix!

Older unit

Older unit that is showing its age. The unit itself is a one bedroom with an additional murphy bed. The kitchen has been updated but the rest of the unit is needing some TLC. The best part is it is directly only the shoreline. Nice outside amentities, pool and resturant. The neighborhood outside the complex is sketchy but we didn't have any issues.

Our January 2025 trip

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at Sugar Beach. It's a very quiet beach so there was no issue getting beach chairs. My only reason for the lower rating for Accuracy of Online Listing was that the restaurant/beach bar was not opened during our stay. The restaurant is looking for a new lease (January 2025). The condo was great. Clean. The only thing we felt needed some TLC was the balcony floor (maybe just a power wash). Kitchen was great, well stocked with kitchen items. The bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well for us.We recommend making reservations to popular restaurants in the area, they fill up fast.

Description details need an update!

This condo has a steep spiral staircase to access the loft bedroom. This should be made clear in the listing as it would pose problems for anyone with mobility issues or could be a danger for young children.

Paradise

Small Flat screen TV went off when power went off for ten minutes or so. Did not come back on while we were there. We are not TV watchers so didn't matter. AC. Was down but still very comfortable in loft area. New AC unit was in process of being installed before we arrived. We enjoyed the location a lot and would recommend and and stay again also. 3 story with out elevators. We are an 80 year old couple but made it up slowly resting on each landing on the way up. 😀

Noise from the Power Plant

The unit itself was okay. People should be aware there is a spiral staircase to the second floor.My problem is that nowhere was it mentioned that the property is adjacent to the water and electrical plant that runs 24/7 which renders the balcony useless unless you can tolerate non stop industrial noise. Also the AC works well but both compressors are in the balcony area adding to the noise. We did not want to ruin our vacation, so we actually moved out after two nights and incurred the cost of renting in a different area rather than endure the constant noise. This was most disappointing.

Enjoyable honeymoon location

We couldn't have asked for a better location to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary honeymoon! Everything on the property was as advertised, with all the appliances and amenities in good working condition. The ocean-facing balcony was spacious and inviting - with the only downside being the continual hum from the nearby power plant. The hosts were very accessible. The beach and pool were as pictured and very enjoyable.
