The stay at the property was great, the location was fantastic. My only complaint was the wear and tear of the unit, seems to need a real deep cleaning of floors, furniture and walls. It is really hard to say anything bad about the property because of its location and price. The developments pool was spectacular and beach access was a breeze. I would still consider booking again.

We had an excellent vacation. The house was perfect and location could not be beat! The walk to the beach and pool was easy with 4 little kids. We will be back!

This property is beautiful and spacious. The host was amazing. Everything we needed was there. Having the bikes on the property was awesome. It allowed us to ride the bikes to the beach. When I return to the area and need a spot I will most definitely look for Host "Neil"!

Great weekend getaway!

Great Get-away

Property was exactly as pictured and described. The neighborhood was so cute and close to the beach. The community pool was nice. I would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

Wonderful house/great location

We loved this home. Very short walk to the beach. It was clean, spacious, and had beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach wagon to use. The waves at the beach were calm which was great with young children.

Loved the location overall nice house. There was some cleanliness issues. Had a bed that once the comforter was pulled back it was full of dog hair. When I contacted the property manager all he said is he will talk with the cleaning staff. There was no attempt to make it right or to give me anything in return for it not being as it should. The walls were also pretty marked up and dirty. Other than that we had a great time and the weather was perfect. I'm not saying I'd never stay here again but it would not be my 1st choice. The property manager seemed more concerned in making sure I left a 5 star review then caring about the house being as it should have been. Customer satisfaction and providing what was paid for needs to be a higher priority

Fantastic!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary on a long weekend here. We loved the house, the community and the short walk to the relaxing beach. This quiet community is perfect for couples or a family. We will be coming back!

Perfect family vacation

Neil was very responsive. The house was perfect for our family and really enjoyed the pool onsite. The grandsons loved the Pac-Man game in the bunk room which they shared. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Windmark Beach is great place to stay!

Close to main road leading to beach/pool/restaurants. 5 minutes to dowtown PSJ, 5 minutes to Mexico Beach. Calm ocean water, no riptides! Restaurants/grocery affordable compared to other Florida areas. Not very busy!

Family vacation in Port st Joe

Great little area especially for families and kids!! The house is extremely well decorated and designed. There are TVS in every room for the adults and kids. The neighborhood is really nice and you can walk to the beach and community pool or rent a golf cart. We had a great time!!! The owner was wonderful and got in touch with me the minute I arrived!!

Amazing

It was like being home away from home. There was plenty of room, walking distance from the beach, towels, laundry, very relaxing and quiet. Perfect, get away. Just didn't realize the pool was closed, kids were disappointed 😕
