We love staying at this property, our second time. The size of the unit is perfect for a large family, and having a bathroom for each room is so helpful. Great Break in the Mountains

We had a great time relaxing in Canmore at this property. Owners were organized, communicated promptly, and provided very clear instructions for check-in/out procedures. Wonderful property for my family to stay during our son’s wedding. Multi levels was great for infants to sleep without having to worry about noise from kitchen /living room. Had all amenities needed. Definitely would not recommend though for anyone with poor mobility. Have to do at least 2 flights of stairs every time need bathroom as no main floor bathrooms.

During our years of renting on Vrbo, we've never encountered previous guests who were taken aback by a sofa bed, as we diligently outline our bed arrangements in the unit on our listing. The icon under "Common Area" clearly depicts a sofa rather than a mattress. It's regrettable that we received a lower rating due to the oversight of the guests themselves. :(

The host was great!! We had a last-minute issue which looked like we won't be able to make the trip. Upon contacting the host, he agreed to refund us even though it was non-refundable from the beginning. We ended up making the trip, but it was great that the host was so accommodating.

Everything was great other than toilet in the basement was leaking and sofa beds had so much stuff stuck in them when i opened them, it had used napkins and a lot of little chunks of stuff and sheets didn't smell fresh but they were not dirty. Overall it was great.

Beautiful house and area!

House is incredible. Each guest had their own private bathroom. Amazing townhouse close to Banff. Spent most of the time hanging out in the dining room and kitchen. The living room wasn't used too much since it's in a weird location and the TV did not work. Seems like they had the wrong remote controls in there. Not a huge deal overall but worth mentioning.

Perfect condo setup.

We have stayed at these condos lots in the past and love them. They are set up so smart with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Communication with the host was great and my only complaint this time was listing had a hottub on description (which was why we picked this specific one amongst others) yet no hottub. I contacted host and there was an error on the listing so she took care of it and refunded us some. It was unfortunate but an error. All good in the end and we will always choose these condos when in Canmore.

Disappointing

We had stayed in another unit in the same complex last year so were very excited and knew what we were getting. This one didn’t have the same high quality of finishes (towels, toiletries, kitchen items etc) but the view was beautiful. As people started arriving and settling into their rooms we found garbage in one of the toilets, garbage cans that hadn’t been emptied, dirt and splatters on the walls, dingy looking carpets and dirty sheets. I contacted the owners and the cleaner showed up at 10:30 pm offering to remake the beds. We declined. We were already in process of washing the sheets ourselves and didn’t trust that they would be done properly this time. We did get some money back, but would have rather paid full price and had better quality.
