My husband and I came to Orem to spend Christmas with our daughter and her family-this apartment was the perfect place to stay. Very clean and comfortable! And we loved the fireplace -added a cozy feel for the Holidays! Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome stay!

We give it 5 stars! It was clean and modern and cozy! The hosts were generous and considerate and left drinks and snacks for us upon arrival. The home was fully stocked with all dishes and kitchen appliances we needed. The washer/dryer and laundry soap and stain remover were all a plus for our stay. So many extras provided at no extra charge! The beds were comfortable and the hosts were readily available for requests and information about activities in the area and the best deals on rentals. The shower was amazing and the hot water never ran out! The neighborhood was friendly with a beautiful view of the mountains and plenty of safe places for walking. The only drawback about the home was that sometimes we could hear footsteps above us in the morning but it wasn’t too bad and definitely wouldn’t deter us from coming back again!

Beautiful Basement Apartment

My teenage daughter and I stayed here while touring colleges and visiting our son at BYU. The apartment was so clean, beautifully furnished and included so many “extras” like chocolates by the bed, water and soda in the fridge, laundry soap and a variety of toiletries. The attention to detail in this apartment is like that of a 5 star hotel. The owners have created a beautiful, clean contemporary apartment in their home which is in a safe and lovely neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable, extra blankets were on hand should you be cold and the cozy twin bed is located in a darling sleeping closet / room. My daughter loved it. It gave her a private space to sleep. The only thing I would mention is that this is a basement apartment and you will hear walking footsteps above you but it did not bother us. I look forward to booking again. This place is a gem!

Before moving to Utah we owned a successful catering company in Florida. Providing a nice place to stay and good food to eat has been a love of ours from the moment we owned our first home. When we moved to Utah we knew we wanted to create a space to do just that! Our guests enjoy walks on the nearby trails, skiing, and the close proximity to shops and restaurants while staying in a quiet residential neighborhood.
