PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The pretty holiday home for sole use is located on a hillside only 30m away from the beach and about 20m above sea level. The private parking is located above the house in a hillside location directly on the gravel road from where a private path on some steps about 50m over the entire property leads down to the house. Towards the sea is the beautiful shady terrace and a few steps down the large outdoor grill. From the terrace you can enjoy an incredible view down to the shimmering blue-green of the sea. A narrow path leads directly to the idyllic pebble beach, 30 meters away. From the terrace you can reach the house at ground level. There is a lounge with fireplace, a toilet without shower and 3 separate bedrooms. The kitchen and the bathroom with shower each have a separate entrance outside the house. The service water is collected rainwater. Solar power (220V), gas stove. There is no hot water, the water is heated solar. It is important to use the water sparingly and to stock up on all the necessary food, since the nearest supermarket is 5 km away and can only be reached via a slow-moving gravel road.
