Holiday paradise with pool

Holiday in a spacious holiday home with its own pool and large garden. The beautiful kilometer-long sandy beach is ideal for long walks and is only a 10-minute walk away. Ideal for children as it goes flat into the water. On the way to the beach you will find various restaurants, cafes and shops.
The house is a non-smoking house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with a view of the garden and pool (9 x 4 m) and a private courtyard with cold and hot water. Shower, a roof terrace, parking spaces for cars (one of them covered), a large garden with many fruit trees that can be harvested seasonally by guests. All of this is located in an area of approx. 1000m².
The pool is cleaned 3 x a week. A gardener comes twice a month. There is an automatic sprinkler system overseen by the gardeners. It would be nice if they would water the flower pots on the terrace and patio from time to time, watering aids are available.
The house is located in Manta Rota, a small town in the sand Algarve. 45 minutes from Faro airport and only 20 minutes by car to the Spanish border. Seville can be reached in about 2 hours.
Very beautiful cities and areas are Vila Real de Sto. Antonio, Tavira, Olhao, Sagres, the rocky Algarve and of course Cabo de Sao Vizente, the westernmost tip of Europe. In the hinterland there are Lulé, Sao Braz de Alportel and Alcotim to discover. A guide is in the house.
