Comfy and family friendly

This is a great place to stay. The location was perfect for visiting our family, going to the store and visiting the local attractions. Would definitely stay here again whenever we get to visit again!

Great location close to all amenities and easy access to the airport and Arago Park, as well as downtown Coos Bay, Mingus Park, and Coos Bay businesses and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Exactly as advertised! A great house with everything you need. Responsive hosts, comfortable stay, great hot water in showers, safe quiet neighborhood. Loved the extra towels and pillows. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

Summer trip

This was our second time booking this lovely home for our summer trip and we are extremely happy with our choice once again. The hosts are great! We were able to communicate with them easily with questions we had prior to our trip and they are very responsive, helpful and friendly. This is our favorite getaway home.

Great Stay!!

The house was clean and neat, with no problems. It was a nice rental in a very peaceful, pleasant, and attractive neighborhood located near the airport. Local accommodations (restaurants and shopping centers) are close by, and easy access to Arago Park, Oregon Dunes, downtown, Mingus Park, and the ocean are all nearby and available. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I will likely go back

Very Clean

Great location, easy access to town and the sand dunes. plenty of parking for our truck and trailer and it was great being able to use the garage. Plenty of soap, paper towels and TP, and even did laundry a couple times. Furniture is a little sparse as we had 4 adults and not really enough places to chill and watch TV, but we would def stay there again as was very clean. We even had 2 deer in the back yard one morning! Thank you! :-)

Coos Bay wedding

Enjoyed our stay very much. Did not spend much time in the house due to wedding activities. 2 things could use improvement. 1, the low northeast bedroom was too low and too soft. 2, we had an 82 year old that had a tough time getting in and out of the front door due to the high step...maybe a ramp would be helpful.

We enjoyed the spacious home in the quiet neighborhood. All but one room has separate AC unit which was a great plus. The living room has a sofa bed, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner prepared a gift basket to welcome us. The beds appeared to be on the softer side at the beginning but they conform to the body (may be tempur-pedic?) and quiet comfortable. The place was also well stocked with fresh white towels and beddings. Very clean. The tub’s hot/cold knobs were reversed so took us a while to figure out. And water temperature was hard to adjust. Other than that, this place was a great home base for our family.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay in this impeccably clean home. We enjoyed sitting outside most of all - the seat cushions are in the garage! The neighborhood was also very quiet and nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location.. needs some work to be superior

The house is located in a nice quiet area of North Bend. We received comprehensive instructions on how to enter the house and use amenities via text message and were greeted with quiet and clean environment. Below are the points that could help the house to become a superior property. 1. The dining area is in need of a dining table. The table that is used as a dining table right now is a display case with an additional shelf, which makes it impossible to sit at the table. 2. Kitchen could benefit from adding more “kitchen things” like wine glasses, bowls, towels, tea pot.. I purchased and left behind some wine glasses as well as an electric water kettle for future guests to use. 3. The bedrooms require a special attention of the owners. I am talking about two bedrooms with Queen size beds. Both beds need new mattresses. Urgently! The existing mattresses offer no support. Nights that are intended for resting become torturous. We had to shorten our vacation and rent a hotel room to repair the damage that was done to our backs by these bad mattresses. The owner gets a Gold Star for Wifi/TV and Netflix. Garage is spanking clean and the washing machine and dryer worked well. The house has a huge potential, and we hope that the owner will consider our recomendations.

Great space for families

Minni was very quick to respond to my questions. Quiet neighborhood, close to town and stores. The property was very clean and spacious with a large, unfenced grassy yard for pets. I would stay again when visiting the area.

Wanted a base for a few days exploring the coast

Very clean, comfortable stay. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to many stores and dining. Of course the sun came out the day we left, the house was not a disappointment. Would stay again.

Quaint House in North Bend

This house was in a nice location, central to everything. The house was in a quaint, clean and perfect for our stay at the 3A State Basketball tournament. Our host was very quick when responding to questions. I would stay there again!
