Haus Schubert

Schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. 2 Skibushaltestellen direkt am Haus. Bis zu Stubnerkogel sind nur paar Minuten mit dem Bus. Parkplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Bis zum Wasserfall 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Im warmen Keller werden Skischuhe und Skien aufbewahrt. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Essenziale punto d’appoggio

Essenziale è la definizione più appropriata in ogni senso. Mono ambiente a due passi dal centro di Badgastein, con posto auto comodo fronte strada. Cucina attrezzata col minimo indispensabile affacciata sul paese, dotata del necessario. Letto armadio matrimoniale comodo ma occupante la metà del soggiorno, condivisa con un divano letto due posti sufficientemente comodo. Unico rammarico il terrazzino tenuto male, non consentendo di essere sfruttato data la potenziale posizione e, col bel tempo, anche per mangiare: peccato. Ultima osservazione riguardo la gestione della spazzatura differenziata, priva di indicazioni comprensibili. Nel condominio presenti solo poche indicazioni e mai in italiano, mentre addirittura c’erano scritte in finlandese: ora facendo una semplice proporzione demografica, ci è sembrato quantomeno bizzarro. Nel complesso consiglio l’appartamento per una breve vacanza essenziale. Assistenza al momento del check in quasi assente.

Good location, clean and tidy.

The apartment is in a good location just a few minutes walk from the station and the town centre. It was clean and tidy with a well appointed kitchenette. The balcony was really nice to sit out on in the mornings and evening and had a good view. Really good value accommodation, would recommend.
