The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a street parallel to the beach and easily accessible from the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The 3 bedrooms (including a master suite) offer large double beds with new bedding (new mattresses as of late 2025). A crib and high chair are available upon request.
