Located in the small village of Saint Laurent du Bois, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards, the L'Eucalyptus gîte welcomes you for your stay in a pleasant and peaceful setting. The gîte, adjoining the owners' house, has its own private entrance. You will enjoy a furnished terrace with garden furniture, a griddle, and a private swimming pool; from the pool, you can take in the panoramic views of the vineyards and surrounding hillsides. The gîte comprises, on the ground floor, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, television, and a toilet. Upstairs, there is an open-plan mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, storage space, and an open shower room. The heated swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 1st; its dimensions are 2.40m x 4m (1.40m deep). The gîte is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Bed linen, table linen, towels, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Cleaning equipment, a washing machine, and some additional kitchen equipment are available in an outdoor storage area adjacent to the terrace.
