The place was perfect for my family. The house was nicely furnished and had many thoughtful touches that added to it's charm. The host was communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is nice and close to many places of interest. I would recommended this stay and would stay again.

Very comfortable and clean in a great location.

Very comfortable and clean in a great location. Walk to nearby Brookside shops/restaurants or to riverside attractions. Really enjoyed it. Though there was nothing extra we really needed, the host was very responsive to a few small things. Overall, great experience.

Excellent Location for Kids Attractions

This was such a lovely home! We traveled as a family with two adults and a four and two year old. The little one’s pack and play fit well in the back room where the second couch and TV are, so that the kids could have separate rooms. There were some plastic plates, cups, and bowls that made feeding them a little less stressful. This house is very close to a Trader Joe’s for groceries and many restaurants. Our trip included the zoo, Mother Road Market, the aquarium, Smitty’s Garage, The Discovery Lab, Ollie’s Station, and The Gathering Place, and this house was such an easy drive to all those locations.

Delightful and perfectly located

The owner is amazing.. The home is so charming and had everything we could need. It is only a couple of blocks from the gravel parking are of the gathering place. Trader Joe’s and Whole foods and many amazing restaurants are just a few blocks away. The beds were super comfy and the couches are incredible for seating more than our family of 5. The water pressure was great, and we stayed very comfortable. We didn’t initially realize that internet was not available but one can still stream if you enable your phone as a hotspot. It turned out to be a blessing as we spent more time playing board games and tossing frisbee. We are really excited to be able to return soon as spring comes into bloom. Thank you so much for making our mini spring break so enjoyable.

Great location and adorable house!

So sweet that she had cookies and ice cream sandwiches with flowers upon arrival! Best location and was a great layout for our family for the weekend. We were able to get to the gathering place and Peoria street easily. Loved all the art and decor! A little expensive for the size but was a great experience for us!

Amazing!!

We were touched greatly when we walked In and Jennifer had left us a cookie, water and Gatorade for a treat! The house was totally spotless, beautifully decorated, and screamed comfort. We had a great and comfortable stay.
